OUR CORPORATION : Ownership and Management

During project startup, Belmont Bio-Ag is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lafayette Bio-Ag, LLC (LBA). Robert Brodbeck, Platteville, Wisconsin is the chief executive offer of BBA. Mr. Brodbeck was previously the chief executive officer of Dick's Supermarkets and Brodbeck Enterprises, Inc., Platteville, Wisconsin. All other management functions are currently being provided by Lafayette BioAg, LLC, and third party service providers (engineers, marketers, attorneys, administrative, financial, etc.).
