OVERVIEW
Belmont Bio-Ag's electrical power generating facility is a combined heat and power (CHP) system designed to convert the biogas generated by the digester efficiently into electricity. By eliminating the need to transport biogas, SymbiosysTM makes this an even more efficient source of distributed energy. Eight (8.0) megawatts of electricity will be generated by five engines, enough power to meet all of the electrical power required by the system.
NOISE
The electrical generation engines will be housed in a noise dampening, insulated facility.
